FAQ
What are the benefits of working on payroll?
As a payroll employee, you maintain the flexibility you’re used to as a freelancer, plus you gain extra advantages:
- Holiday pay: You’ll receive 8% holiday pay on top of your salary.
- Pension contributions: Start saving for your future.
- Security: You’re entitled to social security benefits, like sick pay.
Switching from freelancing to payroll is straightforward and comes with great benefits. Take a few minutes to create a new account, give consent to transfer your data, and you’ll be back working with your favorite clients in no time.
Can I still work invitations on my freelance account?
Yes, you can still accept shifts you’ve been invited to as a freelancer. However, the number of available shifts will gradually decrease and will stop completely in April 2025. We recommend creating a payroll account now so you can continue working with your favorite clients by then.
Do I need to delete my freelance account?
No, deleting your account is not necessary to make the switch. In fact, if you want us to transfer your data, do not delete your account. Instead, simply create a new payroll account.
If you still wish to delete your account, log in via the website and select the delete option from the menu.
